Overview
The career poster project is a project, in which you research a specific engineering career, and make a poster about it. The poster must have information about the specific engineering career, colleges that teach it, and about those colleges, the salary and overview of that career, and the poster must look nice. The entire poster must fit on the poster paper he gave you.
How I did
Personally, I did not do too well in this project due to me being absent the first 3 days of the semester, and as this is the first project, I was easily overwhelmed, not knowing what to expect. I got a 60/100 which is a D, which isn't very good, but it isn't a complete failure. My poster looked good, but did not have nearly enough information. I completely missed the job's salary, and I missed the job outlook. Overall, I feel as if I were to try this project again, I would do much better than I would the first time. Mr. Sieg actually kept the poster, but I didn't know if it was an example of what not to do, or if it's just because it looks nice. From this project, I learned to not wait until the last few days to start an assignment, and I learned how to arrange objects and colors to simulate different feelings, and make the viewer feel a different emotion.
